Cage/Visor is there a differnce?

Ball hockey season is about to start up and right now I am looking to get facial protection. It comes down to a full cage or half cage half visor and I am not too sure which to get. From what I know most players prefer a full cage when playing ice hockey due to the fogging however is there any other disadvantages to using a visor other then the fact they scratch easy.

I am looking to get the jofa one the one that everybody likes.

I have an oakley visor/cage and its pretty good......I just love the ventalation u get from a cage...which is why im gonna use one for a bit and see how I like it...My face gets so hot in the oakley.....

Tonight, I've played with a Itech full visor(because I was obligated) and it didn't fogged, I do suggest that you take a full visor.

i have an itech concept II and a jofa cage, the cage provides much better ventilation and once you're used to the bars the vision is fine.

Cavs, do you like your Itech concept II, I bought this because I think it's more like a visor and if I doesn't like it, I can return it to the store.

Its my favorite of the full shields and it looks pretty damn cool on my 4000. I just prefer the airflow of the cage.

What is the color of your Jofa, I also have one but I'm still not used to the Chrome bar. Maybe it's just the color of the cage, but my itech concept II is perfect for me now.
