just as we know, skates are made stiff, but could it be broken that easy? only twice on the ice. T,T please need help...does it really a big matter?

That's what I was originally looking at. So it is a air bubble that you can press in or a hard bump? Perhaps you should take it back to the LHS where you purchased them and get their opinion. With my first xxx's they cooked them for 7 minutes and the outsole effectively began to peel away. they replaced them then did the same thing with the second pair, and replaced them again. Just head back in and let them know you're concerned.

I don't think a shoe shop is gonna be able to handle these. You said you have a bump on your foot there? Is there a chance when heating these it just took the shape of your foot? And if it's already giving your discomfort from pressure why do you want to press it in?

oh i mean press it to correct the bump. well, it worked though. no more pointy thing that hurt my feet. but its not totally recovered. so i think heating is the best solution .
