ONE90 shins

Recommended Posts

Well today in a championship game I got slashed in the shin extremly hard, well after the game I pull my sock off and see that my shin guard has a dent the size of about both of my fists put together. Is there any way I can fix this or would I have to buy new shins.

If you have a dent like that in the plastic, it's going to be fatigued even if you're able to push it back into its original shape. It sounds like you need the protection, so I'd replace it.

I'm with Darshu on this one. Go get yourself a new set of shin pads. The integrity of the plastic may be compromised and you don't want to be stopping any shots in that area anymore and get injured. Shin pads aren't overly expensive and it's better to be safe than sorry.

I used One90s from the day they were released to a few weeks ago, never had a single problem with them. Only reason I sold them was to try the Warrior Hustlers that look like an improved version of the One90s to me and figured I'd give them a try, if they're not for me, probably go into One95s.
