Hockeyman11385 1 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 Serves you right for buying all white gloves. Sorry, my anti-flashy equipment side got the better of me. Back on topic, what material are they? It's probably going to be a bit of a challenge to get them to look nice.
Chadd 916 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 Sell them and buy new gloves
mickz 107 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 What material are they? I would just tape them up or just buy new gloves to save the hassle.
GoWings85 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 Sell them and buy new gloves+1 I have NBH XV's in Black/White and I recently just used a sharpie on all the white accents. It's been holding up OK for 2 games now. I expect to have to re-do them in a few more though. You'll need about 10 sharpies to color a solid white glove though ;) I'd sell them and buy new ones. ovechkin_368 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 If they are leather or carbon that maybe possible to do with like spray paint or leather shoe dye but if they are nylon then don't do it, after a few games it will just run and look terrible. Your better off just selling them
TibbetHockey21 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 Ya they are leather... i was thinking about using the dye they use for lacrosse heads
start_today 778 Report post Posted May 4, 2009 With as much as people love all white equipment, you can probably sell these and buy new gloves and not lose that much money. Think of the time you'll have to put into dying or coloring these, plus the cost of materials, plus the fact that any legit dying runs the risk of damaging the palms, which would be even more money sunk into fixing them. Sometimes you gotta just suck it up and realize you made a bad purchase.
