New Reebok Roller Skates 2009/2010

Hey guys, one of the guys who plays at my rink Itan Chavira just got sponsored by Reebok and did the photo shoot a couple of weeks ago and got the video on youtube. I took some screen caps of the new skates, they look mighty sick!! They look like 9ks but not too sure, i'll have to ask him next time i see him.

yeh man, i just dont wana play with people i dont like.

ill probably sell my carbons, but im not sure for the 9k's or 7k's, once the wheels go to crap on the 9k's ill just switch it to regular bearings anyways. and im wondering if its that much lighter than the 7k

the 9k's are lighter than the 7k's.

so if you put normal bearings on them theyll probably still be lighter than the 7k's

so much for the sale, they were on clearence for like 2 days. i thought if something is on clearence they are trying to get rid of them? why would they take them off?

But the tri-die chassie is the same color to match the boot, same for wheels.

But it kinda does look like it may have been converted

Itan dosnt even use the tri-dies.

he uses the hummer frame so it might be the 9k ice boot

For shooting a catalogue they would not want to show their "sponsored player" using a different chassis than the one that was made for that skate.

No their not a conversion. You can tell because if you line up the white ice 9ks and these from the video, they are completely different.

That is Itan with the white 9k rollers playing for the usa. I guess he put a hummer chassis on them. He had last years ice 9ks in white converted with a hummer chassis on them as well.

in my opinion the 8k looks nicer than the 10k. any ideas when these come out and how much they will cost?
