I was browsing throught the IIHF photo gallery when I came across this stick. Could anyone tell me what it is.

Hey I was there when they played and saw the game.

First I thought it was an L-2, than looked better and it seemed to be some kind of Bush/Laser OPS with some new graphics (sort of like a new "laser").

Don't quote me as I'm not 100% positive.

I think it might be a prototype. He only used it for their first 2 games if I remember well.

Ernie switched sticks every game that the USA played. had this mystery stick first, than a regular synergy (with a modano clone pattern), and finished with a vector shaft coupled with a wood blade!!! (Sherwood I think).

And I thought I was switching a lot in between games

I always thought Ernie was a Mission guy, He used a M-2 throughout the tournament. Thanks #56

Ernie was still fully dressed with Mission (had D1c Skates, D1 pants, M1 pro gloves ect) at the 2004 IIHF inline world cup in Germany.

He only switched sticks.... but quite a lot. He has to be supersticious in some ways like "I don't score, damn, it's the sticks fault" :D (talking about previous experiences :P )

Yeah, I sore Him using this stick as well! It looked like it said Composite in white writing on the shaft! The reason why he as using different sticks all the time was that he broke the mystery stick and proberly couldn't find anything he liked! ;)

Just throwing this out there but maybe its missions new HEX-1 stick? considering he was wearing all mission.
