Anyone know where to get one (1) good custom bag? Something maybe similar to the MSH bag, but with additional pockets?

I just noticed and started playing with the bag customizer on Eagle's website. Aside from a hockey bag, I was thinking of taking their coaching bag with added pockets and making it my long-term gym bag (throw my swimming gear in one of the outside skate pockets). I just haven't yet found info on their pricing.

Gerry Cosby used to do small and single orders with a 10% premium for buying less than a dozen or half dozen. I got a single bag from them years ago for a team sample (they even refunded the 10% when we placed the team order the following year). My brother's been using that bag for years now for his SCUBA gear so it's plenty tough. Not sure if they ever started adding pockets to their bags though you could check with them.

I second the Eagle bag. I use the coaching bag for trips and so on. Extremely durable compared to most other bags. I bought mine for a steal at $39. You'd pay the same for a comparable sized Nike or Addidas bag that does not even come close in construction and durability.
