lancerplayer 0 Report post Posted August 18, 2009 For those of you that own a winter jacket made by a company in the hockey industry, how do you like them? Instead of going with a Northface or something of that quality/price I was thinking about going with a Bauer, Easton, or CCM winter jacket. What jacket do you have and what do you like/dislike about that jacket? Just looking to get some opinions here. Thanks.
greech 4 Report post Posted August 18, 2009 Our coaches have the heavy CCM winter jackets, and by all accounts they love them.
J22 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2009 I have the Easton "Tundra" or something like that. Very nice, warm compares favorably to the Columbia jacket i have.
JR Boucicaut 3801 Report post Posted August 19, 2009 I've had the Easton Tundra and Supreme. The Supreme jacket is a bit more streamlined, wasn't a heavy coat like the Tundra. When it's ridiculously cold I wore the Tundra, I love that jacket.

woodford 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2009 I purchased this jacket and find it great for getting to those early morning practice as well as standing on a bench during a novice game. I highly recommend it!http://www.bauer.com/gear/accessories/team/83-BAUER

Rayzilla 0 Report post Posted August 19, 2009 If it's for the not-super-cold-days, I would recommend a nice classic style leather jacket of your team. There are a couple of name brands that I remember seeing, but they don't pop into my head at this time. I picked up one of the Leafs ones with the retro Maple Leafs for dirt cheap one day when I was walking back to the office after taking my small group out for lunch. It was meant to be. :)The leather keeps forever, and if you stick with a classic style, it also keeps forever. When I get the chance, I'll try to post a picture of it.Cheers. badger_14 601 Report post Posted August 20, 2009 I have the CCM 'Travel' winter jacket. It's insulted and fleece lined, so it's warm enough, but not too bulky. Very nice jacket for the price, served me quite well through a New England winter.
McDougalfaschnitzer 32 Report post Posted August 21, 2009 When I worked in a rink I also used the Tundra for the really cold days. It was pretty nice.
