Hey MSH

I'm once again in need of your help, I'm trying to pick my helmet selection I know its late in the season but I need to re stock and would like to see whats selling well in your areas I'm not new to the industry but I would like to hopefully increase my sales. Any help is appreciated.

If you don't want to work at selling helmets, stock Bauer. That said, they are making significant changes to the line, don't get stuck with leftovers that will be closed out for 50 cents on the dollar in a few months. The RBK helmets do well in a lot of markets and the CCM V08 has done pretty well with beer league guys in this area.

Thanks Chadd, the V08 looks like a nice helmet to bring in; did you have as much success with the v05?

Continuing with Bauer I like the idea of the 5100 but I don't know how many of my current customers would be willing to switch from the 4500 aka 4000 that they've been wearing for years.

I don't run a shop, but I would say the most popular helmet is the Bauer 4500. On my team this year we got 6 new players that didn't already have black helmets. Of the 6 guys, 4 bought the bauer branded 4500. One got a Nike Bauer branded 5500 and one got a ccm v08. I'd say go with the bauer.

Easy sells - 6k, V10, V08, 5100, 5500

for cheap helmets s7 and 4500.

We only buy those for our college team because they are a great design and everyone LOVES them.
