The inno 100 in the 0 shape, or the hespeler 9010 that I used (same stick), were elliptical for the entire length of the shaft. They were the only Inno shafts I tried that didn't torque on me. The square shafts were more for durability in most cases as the corners were reinforced.

As for the low kick sticks, I think they've become too stiff in the lower portion of the stick for most people. You need to go down even farther in flex with those in order to get they to perform properly on shots and most people aren't comfortable with that. I've heard so many good things about the One95 that I'd like to pick up one of the tapered shafts, but I'd hate to get another stick that's going to be discontinued.

I still have a few of the original R2 blades in the P31 curve, but not many. So, I need to find a matching blade that I like ASAP. TPS sent me some of the newer style blades and I really did not like the feel.

How come you feel that tapered sticks have become too stiff, yet also want to pick one up? I've scoured for those tapered One95 shafts and can't find them anywhere.

I said nothing about tapered sticks in general. Kickpoints tend to vary from one model to the next, even if both models are tapered or standard. Some sticks have been stiffened at the bottom so much in an effort to lower the kick point and I feel that detracts from overall shot performance.

Oh I see. I thought you were inferring about the lower kick offered by many tapered shafts.
