Small resolution, is that 640x480? I dont know how people can use such small resolutions. I have mine at 1280x800(exept in my desktop picture, it's 1024x786.

Actually, If you look closely at the picture you can see he still has the SMOG PUMP attached on there, the car will have cats, and a fairly small hydro roller. I'm pretty sure it would be able to pass emissions on pump gas. It can make 1300+ horsepower by putting in leaded race gas and cranking the hell out of the boost, he's running two T72 turbos, which on there own will make in the neighbourhood of 800 RWHP, so there's tons of room to grow.
