maxamillion 3 Report post Posted January 9, 2010 Great topic. I like front row of the upper level around center ice. fantastic view of the action. One of my dad's clients had tickets in section 110, Row 19 at the Wachovia Center and we'd score those seats about 3 times a year, and it was an incredible place to watch from. they were close enough to the players benches that you could see everything going on, and far enough from the ice that you got a pretty good view. His client did a lot of promo work with the flyers, so every year for fan appreciation, we would get to hang out in the Comcast balcony suite and I have to say, even though you are really as far as you can be from the game, you really get to see a lot of things develop. we were at the game a few years ago where Gagne beat the Thrashers on a last-minute or so penalty shot, and it was one of those deals where you could tell he was going to beat him as soon as he hit the top of the circles. add in free food and drinks, and it made for one hell of a night at the Wach.I sat 5 rows behind the Red Wings penalty box once, and those were awesome seats. I sat in the nosebleeds at the United Center, and that sucked. We were at the face-off circle. I was in Columbus a few weeks ago for work, and I picked up a ticket to watch the Blue Jackets, on the aisle, 2nd row of the upper level in the neutral zone. If I were to purchase season tickets, that's where I would get them. These seats were close to the restrooms, concessions, and zero distractions. No one getting up and walking in front of me.I would like to sit behind the players bench once to see the interaction. All I know is beer league bench banter. My dad is buds with one of the ushers at the Wachovia Center and we got to sit right behind the box for a game against the sharks. Cheechoo I think was in the box and the Sharks scored, and I smacked the glass, and he looked at me like he was going to pop me. I sat pretty still for the rest of that game haha. (I was like 14) Did get a puck out of it though.

reddevils9119 1 Report post Posted January 12, 2010 For games at the TD garden, best seats would be like 20 rows up center ice, but I'm a college student and have no money, so the student section works for me :) Seating at the Northeastern games for students is horrible. There's so many people crammed in that you can hardly see the action going on below you, but sitting on the end where NU shoots during the 2nd period is nicer than the other end, you can see more of Northeastern attack down the other end. Can't beat the college atmosphere though...
