Bauer Pro 4-Roll Hockey Glove

Recommended Posts

Each major company as some sort of variant on them.

They're great gloves IMO and they feel amazing.

Edit: corrected by Cory, so removed misleading information

They're not pro-stock only gloves. They are readily available from Bauer and most retailers. In short, they are amazing gloves, they're TANKS! They give a lot of protection and mobility. They are a looser fit compared to the Vapor line, but I have never had a problem with these. I'm up to my 6th pair now. I'm just a huge fan of the protection you get from them. I tried Vapor XXXX's before, and I'd always leave the rink with sore fingers, especially my pinky's. Never had an issue like this with 4-Roll. They're just a great overall glove...

Both gloves are top notch quality, can't go wrong with either. It all comes down to what you like, the 4-roll is a traditional fit, lose and offers a lot of mobility. The 40 is a tapered fit that fits more snug throughout the entire glove but still offers a great deal of mobility. Personally I like the looser fit of the 4-rolls and I'm not a big fan of the palm on the 40s but that is all personal preference.

The 4-roll glove was originally the Supreme line before they introduced the Supreme one90 glove line.
