CCM U+ Reloaded

Recommended Posts

Hi guys I live in the U.K and am looking into the ccm u+ reloaded skates as the ccm line of skates seem to fit my feet the best. However I am only able to try on the lower end model of the skates as no one stocks the higher top end models over here. You have to order them in and once they order you a pair they want you to buy them :@ so there is no such thing as try them for fit before you buy. My concern is that on the CCM site they say you should use the F.I.T machine after the skates are heated. Is this completely necessary for the fit to work? As there is NO WAY anyone over here that I know of has even heard of this machine let alone have one. Any help would be muchly apreciated Thanks Guys.

I had a pair. I had them baked in a regular skate oven, and they came out fine. The FIT machine isn't necessary, if you want the same effect, have a couple of guys squeeze down on the boots with their hands while you have them on your feet during the baking/fitting process. But again, not really necessary.

I never used a Fit machine and my skates feel fine. The fit machine may work well (I'd search some other threads to read more about it), but it's not necessary to use the machine.

edit

little late haha
