Two things. One- I believe all Reebok helmets are being re-branded. Now, instead of the vector logo, it's just going to say "Reebok." Two- Reebok apparently has a new EPP helmet in the works. It might replace the 8K altogether.

The ones that are listed for $64.98 on the clearance page are the previous model. The one that is listed for $139.99 is the more current model. I don't believe that there are any real differences in the helmets (apart from the graphics/stickers, but somebody else here may know otherwise.

Okay... sorry, I guess that I misunderstood.

In that case, it was probably just an issue where whoever it was that updated the page, must have changed the price on the wrong generation of helmet.

I'm guessing there is something in the works for a new helmet, it appears to be in the NHL 11 demo for those that have it. It definitely looks different than the 8k.

I work at hockeymonkey the nj sector, I sorted thru every helmet from rbk we got, didnt find a single new bucket. must be no were near release date
