L2 or R2Xn10

The finish on the Redlite XN10 is pretty poor. I've lost most of the paint on the corners of the shaft - chipped off, flaked off, general brittle finish. The logo was not line up 100% between colour passes, so there is a slight 'blurring' affect to the logo. A Synergy or Vector with the same a of use wouldn't be as likely to lose its' paint.

That being said, the performance of the shaft is quite good. I like the flex and feel of it. Balance is reasonably good, as well. If you looked at the shaft you would think it has gone through 3-4 seasons with all the black showing beneath the paint.

I'd buy another one in an instant, because of the flex (whip, no one else really offers it) and the durability to this point. Hopefully it will last a bit longer for me.

well..me too i whant a new stick(never used OPS) but i prefer a tapered version than a real OPS....but i really don't know what to get a L-2 or a R2XN10....now after reading what you guys post it like 50%-50%...

by the way...do some one have spec about the L-2??(height)

and for all the R2XN10 and XN10 user...i heard tps have a problem with vibration in the shaft when receiving pass....is it true??(I'm thinking aobut getting a Synthesis Si-core blade is this could help the problem of vibration)

lolll but i think i will stick with a XN10 and a synthesis si-core which will make a 410 gram combo...i think it will be good as the balance of the stealth or the XN10...

but yea...my only problem is...which shaft will give me a great balance !!maybe the R2 XN10 is too light....and i heard that tps shaft got problem with vibration..but after a while it goes away...

and my second question...is i'm 6feet 180 pound....so it make sens that i use R flex....but i alway played with 85 flex....but i don't think 10 flex more will make me play bad lol!!!

and for the comestic ....the all red L-2 look really nice and they don't have 85% of the shaft recovered of loge and shit(like synergy) simple logo like the 1100....but the yellow/black shaft look really cool too lolll so that isnt a big problem!

I had the same problem with my RL XN10 and I first put an ABS blade in it to try it out, but the balance was a tad off. I put in a TPS X-1 blade and the balance is incredible. I didnt weight it, but I really dont care about the weight of the stick. I care more about the balace point.

That's exactly how I feel about my Xn10. Feels like it will shatter at any hard slap shot.

No problem. It's really not a bad stick even if some people think it's purple.

Haha yea...they could've chosen a better shade but what can you do. In certain lighting it looks better than others.

i am from germany and my parents will fly in the usa to family there...

and so they´ll bring me the XN10... so i will give you feedback at end of nov.

So you now have the XN10 OPS and have used it just once and think it's "your" favorite stick out of all the OPS available on the market. Just out of curiosity, have you used any other OPS or just the shafts you mentioned?

You might have "New Equipment Syndrome". :P It's not serious and a lot of other players get it too. Good luck with your new OPS, I hope you like it just as much a couple of months down the line.

so here what i got R2 xn10 and synthesis si-core

TOTALLY IN LOVE!!!!!...well i got a small problem with the curve wich isnt exactly the same as my last one(franklin guerin) as for the feel i used hybrid-wood(air-core) and had no problem with the si-core blade.....maybe it me but i did not notice a big "damped" maybe it because i cant feel a hard passes because of the si core property!! :P

by the way...i hope this stick will last and not break after 2 month!!!!!!!and i got no vibration problem...the light is good...the balance could be a !BIT! better maybe it the synthesis blade....and oh well....i just broke a window at my Local arena with asnap shot :lol: so i think the xn10 SHOOT ROCKET!!!!!!
