How to tell what size runner to order?

I need to replace my runners how do I know what size to order? I have taken the off the boot but can't seem to find a number on the runners. Also what is the best runner out there? LS2?

The number for the runner length is on the heel portion of the holder where it mounts to the boot.

Check the bottom of the heel on your holder. You should see a number in the 200's or maybe low 300's depending on the size of your skate.
