IPv6Freely 2092 Report post Posted March 23, 2011 I apologize... my search-fu has failed me. I'd seen a while back while I was still a lurker somebody mentioned a website where you could take a standard NHL team jersey and customize it (custom colors, etc). Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and remember what site that was?

IPv6Freely 2092 Report post Posted April 14, 2011 Man I wish I ran my own team. Our captain is so unorganized. I'd have a nice team set of jerseys, I'd keep player stats, etc. I asked our captain if I could start a facebook page that would post schedules, photos, stats, etc. He said we'd discuss it later. Blah.I know I'm the new guy to the team and all.. but it drives me nuts when I see something that could be really fun and just can't do it because its none of my business. Learned that hard way that people usually want the bare minimum and put as little effort into it as possible. Unless you have a sponsor, stick with practice jerseys with numbers and hope everyone shows up to the games...That said, I recommend Marcelo at JunkYard Athletic to anyone with any team uniform needs. I guess I just like the idea of the whole team in matching gear. Then again, I'd also like us all to have matching helmets (with logos), gloves and pants... but that sure as crap isn't going to happen on a div5 team..I'd still like to keep stats though. I'm sure he gets copies of the score sheets, or can get copies at least. I'd be more than happy to do the work...

Got them to go with what was still a really nice jersey but with cheaper options and no logo. We def look more like a team now. LOL
