Men's Wide Roller Hockey Skates

Recommended Posts

Can anyone suggest a brand/retailer for some economical roller hockey skates for a wide foot? I wear a 10.5EE in my Supreme One70's Ice skates but have not had any luck in finding any roller hockey skates that are offered or available in the same size..Thanks!

The Bauer Vapor RX:60's are sold EE width. As well, I believe that all of the Mission skates are available in EE. I could wrong, but I recall someone saying they had a wide foot and was using Tour skates.

Tour is going to be your best bet. Their D width is very wide. Even the EE width of the somewhat-Supreme-based fit of the Mission line was narrower than the Tour D width in my opinion.

If you wear EE in Supremes and find them wide enough - try an EE Axiom skate. If that is not wide enough - go Tour.

I have a pair of one55 and one95 ice skates and recently bought a pair of Mission T6 axion skates. The toe caps of the Missions are narrower than those in the Supremes (even with EE width). Have a blister on my little toe from rubbing.

I was always under the impression that CCM and RBK had the widest fit. I have very wide feet that don't fit into any high end freestyle skates, but CCM D fits me pretty much perfectly.

CCM D's are narrower than most brands, depending on the model. Rbk's are wider than CCM's. (sort of like the difference between the Supreme and Vapor lines from Bauer in Ice, or Mission and Bauer lines in Roller).

Did something change along the way? In the 90's everyone and their mother told me that if you had a wide foot you buy CCM's and if you have a narrow foot you buy Bauers.
