old ice skate conversion

what holders do i need to have to turn a 709 graf ice skate into a roller hockey skate. I have a brand new pair of tours but my feet are way too flat and i dont want my feet bleeding anymore. The only boot that doest do that is the graf boot so mission,bauer,and ccm are all out. Will a tour chassie work with a graf boot?

If the chassis is a hummer, then you might have to dremel some material off the outsole in the forefoot or add lifts to the heel and forefoot to account for the larger front wheels. If not then there should be no problem.

some have had bad luck converting the new graf outsole. i'd like to, but i'm nervous about ruining $400 skates. so for now my 703s are ice only. let us know if you convert them and results after playing.

if you have the old outsole (the white one) shouldn't be a problem. you can use any chassis except hummers might give you issues.

fatwabbit, did you ever convert your grafs? i'm really wanting to put those mags i bought from you on my grafs.....

Have you tried using super feet or sidas footbeds? Might help with the flat feet problem.

Ive converted Graf ultra G3s with the Sprung Inline Frame. Just be carefull with your drilling and take your time.make sure you have your frame lined up right. Also the super feet footbed has been a real plus, I use them in my Graf 705s.

Thanks alot guys for the help. And yes I have the super feet and they work really well. However, because my foot is so flat, even with the superfeet, my feet swim in the bauers. I love the look of those x60s but just cant bear the pain. I will post pics when I get it done.
