Saw this coming around Christmas right? Not so sure on the fire Murry thing, the team was in the playoffs last year and has made the playoffs more often then not in recent history. The pieces are/were there, but they were awful for big stretches this year.

the lisp was part of the problem, good coach obviously but since taking over as a gm the team went downhill too, its not just the coaches fault, you have new york as the model for that too, thats straight up sather right there for years worth of fail.
