I apologize if this has already been covered or if this is a stupid question, but how do you roll up your jersey so your elbow pads are exposed without having the jersey sleeves move anywhere during play. This picture may help: http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/114891489/Getty-Images-Sport

Mine just stay that way. Occasionally (like once every 10 games) one may fall off my pad, but otherwise they stay put. I wear size large Bauer Pro's with size XXL CCM practice jerseys.

Word of warning that some tournaments stipulate that you cannot have your elbow pads exposed at all. Took a lot of getting used to for me!!!

Tailor the sleeve so it's tighter on your arm or tape it.

You could try some Velcro strips on the jersey and elbow pads.
