Crack in LS2

I noticed a crack in my LS2 holder this morning. Never cracked a holder before. Based on these pics should I replace it or does it look safe to skate on? If I do replace it, is it recommended to replace holders in pairs or just the cracked one?

I think you'll be alright to skate on that, but better to have it replaced. Get the same model/size holder (heck you could even order it and skate on the cracked for a week or two) and then have it mounted up. Put your old steel back in to keep your feet level, since the steel gets ground away each sharpening.

Steel must be replaced in pairs, not holders (until someone comes in with the argument that the new holder will be "stiffer" than the used one, rofl).

Yes. esp for ls2 holders since they are so weak.
