Where to buy Itech Jock/Garter or similar

Recommended Posts

it's time to replace my jock/garter shorts (below). i can't seem to find them anywhere in my size (medium), and i can't seem to find anything similar either. as a last resort i guess i could get one of the velcro ones and have the garter straps sewn on, but that's a pain. can anyone help? thanks!!!

Bauer bought Itec a few years ago, they no longer are made but can still be found.

Here are a few choices.

thanks for the reply, but these lack the shorts. i bought the reebok one linked above, but i don't really like the garter without shorts.

thanks, but none of these are available in medium.

I haven't seen anyone producing those shorts anymore.

Any reason you don't like using the velcro on the shorts? I just recently started wearing one of those and it seems to hold without any issue. Maybe my opinion will change after the velcro is used for a while.

i have 4 pairs of rbk edge (mesh) socks for the various teams i play for with the velcro tabs removed (because i've previously been using a garter-style jock). i like how the garter allows me to adjust the height of the socks too, since the edge socks are pretty long, so it helps to have them held up by the garter a lot higher than the velcro placement would have allowed. i'm starting to think i'll just have to buy one of the jocks with the velcro pads, and cannibalize the rbk garter i just bought to have the straps sewn on.

I use rbk edge socks without the velcro tabs. The under armour jock has no problem keeping them up and in place.

interesting! maybe i'll order the velcro one, and only resort to sewing the garter straps on if the velcro isnt great.

I've resorted to using the mesh shorts with the velcro tabs, and wearing the stand-alone Reebok garter belt over the top. I have some pro-stock RBK socks that don't have velcro tabs, so I need the garter. I just keep the tabs on the shorts velcroed together. Also, I can use the belt with either my mesh shorts, or my back-up lycra shorts.
