Vapor XXX skates question: some are black and some are brown/dark red

hi guys, why some XXX skates are gray/black and some are gray/brown?

I have owned 3 pars, 2 were black (Thailand and canadian custom order) and one pair (also custom order made in Canada) was gray/brown.

The Brown ones are usually just skates that have been deeply sweatstained. Did you buy them used?

yes, they were used, but in great shape overall, I wouldn't say they are so deeply sweatstained. besides, there is a carbon monostructure boot and sweat can't get through it...may be brown is just a custom option?

A lot of them just turned brown from high usage like what ds said, not custom.

My XXX's were grey/brown when i bought them ........ I assumed that was the colour they came as
