Bauer one100 V Graf G75 - need some help

I am currently in the market for new skates. I have tried on a ton, but due to my foot type its been very trying. Foot type is as follows:

Med fore foot

Med mid foot

Med heel

Very high instep

Mod high arch

I am currently in a Graf Ultra G5, but the skate is starting to kill my feet after a year. I have tried everything but I am positive its my instep and arch. Looking for some help from the group to better determine which way to go. I have tried on both and just can't decide right now, but I def need new skates.

The Supremes feel amazing, but am worried about the quality compared to Graf. The Graf are also great but don't know if it's time to go back to Bauer's. Any help would be awesome, especially from the guys/gals that have gone from Grafs to Bauer. Thanks!

Have you tried doing the custom SIDAS footbeds with the grafs? That might help as well

Yes I have. I need more volume in my instep, thats why I am trying to pick between these two. My arch isn't so much the problem as much as my instep and getting horrible lace bite along with intense pain in the front of my foot. I have tried everything. Pads,looser tying, seriously everything. I am currently using a plastic reinforced insert I created, but I am sick of dealing with it.

What does the LHS reccomend skate wise? I just ordered some G5's myself but my arch isn't high at all, and that skate fit my foot the best after going to the LHS and having them examine my foot type

Bauer has had much better quality control than Graf for a number of years. In any case, you need to go with what fits your foot. Even if that means replacing at a slightly faster rate.

I will hopefully be heading back in tomorrow to talk to them some more. They said the one 100 was a good fit and so was the g75. They are pretty close in fit. They even suggested at complete custom from Graf which is a $100 up charge, but is a complete custom mold of my feet and pretty much any specs I want. I just don't know if I want to drop $850 on skates if the Bauers will be great too @ $600. I am really torn. I will have to see what they say, its a great shop so I totally trust them. Just fishing around here to see if anyone had any insight.
