The DR helmet has been around for more than 15 years in some shape or form via multiple vendors. This is not new.

Note on the XL7 - was discontinued due to clasp system failure. Funny that you think in the early 80's Canstar(bauer) released a version of this locking style yet every company seems to think they have re-invented the wheel with they come out with an update version.

He had that helmet from the age of 12 or so throughout his whole career. He used one helmet for home games and one for away games. The blue one was actually covered in blue tape.
