Jason Harris 31 Report post Posted May 17, 2012 Wow, that's impressive. I know guys who did a 36-hour marathon and said that it was brutal.
Law Goalie 147 Report post Posted May 17, 2012 Sounds like a deranged (but charitable!) reality TV version of Paul Quarrington's Logan in Overtime - at least for the goalies! The guy who broke 500 goals must be feeling pretty good.
215BroadStBullies610 435 Report post Posted May 17, 2012 Wow. That's 'bucket list' worthy! Do these kind of events happen more often? This is the first time I have heard of marathon hockey.

cgrays12 0 Report post Posted June 5, 2012 Living in Calgary Ive got to talk to alot of people before and after they did the marathon and you saw two different people before and after. Guys were eager and stoked to begin with but at the end just absolutely hated their lives. Of course they had fun and were glad they did it, but some people broke ankles and lost over 10lbs haha
skates89 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2012 Funny I am actually playing in a very cool event this weekend here on long Island and you could probably arrange a charity game like this yourselves. Its for a good cause andit is gonna be a great gamehttp://www.komennyc.org/site/TR?pg=fund&fr_id=1200&pxfid=45303
