Best helmet for a big head?

I have a bauer HH4000 in large streched out as big as it go and it's still super tight. What are some good helmets for big heads? I heard the new bauer 8000 is supposed to fit pretty nice for big heads?

8000 adjusts in width and length so it might help you out. a lot of peopel who have trouble getting a helmet to fit their heads find itechs comfortable too

I'd think that the 8000 would fit a big head pretty well, since you can adjust it to all your personal settings and stuff...Where as on the 4000-5000 series you can pretty much just stretch it out. But its all in what fits you best, so try a bunch on when you do.

I have a huge noggin.Only thing that fits snug is the 4000 Large about half opened up. Carbster XLs are a no-go. 8000 L nope. 5000 L nope. :( A large Quest is a tight squeeze, but it fits.

Depends if you problem is width or length. The 400 is fairly narrow compared to a lot of other models.

The Bauer 8000 is the first helmet that I've had where I do not have to shave padding out. I have a huge melon, and it fits comfortably (Large size model of course).
