romdj 26 Report post Posted September 19, 2012 We might want experts on this one but changing the tongue could be a fix, I'm not sure.

Davetronz 109 Report post Posted September 19, 2012 Have you been wearing sandals or other really flat footwear for the entire Summer?
wrangler 157 Report post Posted September 19, 2012 Have you changed your lacing pattern or tightness?
louis 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2012 The pain is primarily from both sides . Yes wore sandals exept for work ! Didn<t change a thing for lacing
chippa13 1844 Report post Posted September 19, 2012 Skates have probably softened up too much so that even though you're pulling them to the same tightness, they are in fact snugging up too much. Either try tying a hair looser or time to get new skates.
louis 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2012 Not new skates :(i<ll try lacing them looser , cause don<T feel like shelling 600$ + on new skates

Didn<t change a thing for lacingYour foot may have spread out a little bit over the Summer in footwear that has little to no support. How many times have you skated on them since Summer?
