Just started using this stuff post rehab. Works great for support on my knee/hip for workouts. Wondering if anyone has used this to stabilize their injuries during a season.

Haven't tried that but I got a free sample of similar stuff from company called Spider Tech. Going to try it on a groin injury soon. Think they are still doing their sampling program.

From my experience the Kt so far is good but not great. the parts of the tape that do stick -really stick (removal is slightly painful unless you shave your legs) but the parts that don't never will. But it's amazing that my normal pain and aches really disappeared with a decent tape job.

Going to try rock tape next due to the adhesion problem.

Is it difficult to tape yourself? Are there websites with decent instructions on how to tape various joints?
