Replacement blades

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

This might be a silly question but since I am shipping overseas I dont want to mess up:

Currently I am using an easton ST shaft. Since the blade cracked I want to replace it, but I want to replace by an easton synergy pro blade (wood) The question is: will this fit? both are obviously non tapered.

Best regards,

If they're both standard, then yes.

I have a question on my own,

I have no clue if this broken blade is a tapered one but when I put it next to a ST blade, I see that the hosel is much shorter, I guess it's a tapered blade then right?

The tenon size, specifically the width of the side on the same sides as the heel and curve of the blade, is what you want to look at. There are long hosel tapered blades, as well as short hosel standards. Standard blade tenons are going to be much thicker that tapered blades.
