Does anyone know what the difference is between the Flash Fit footbeds the custom and custom pro?

The flash fit is a standard footbed with some memory foam on the top. The custom is custom molded to your foot using the machine. Not sure of the difference between the custom and custom pro.

Two places: Jake's custom shop in el segundo (near tsc) or the pro shop down at anaheim ice, I forget the name. Personally, I would go to the Anaheim shop, they seem to work more closely with Graf.

I'm not sure what you mean about Jakes not working as closely w/ Graf. He has been selling Graf since his days running the Pro Shop at TSC.

I'd call both and see what will be your best bet.

Optimus I know you struggle with fit (correct?), I do too and Jake has always been a great help for me. I have no experience w/ Anaheim so I can't say what kind of service you will be but I know Jakes service is top notch.

Yes, but the only person that they allow to run the machine a Jake's is Jake, so you'd have to make sure he's in the shop. Also, some of his help there recently hasn't been the most knowledgable when I've asked questions. By contrast, the guys that work down in Anaheim are all very knowledgable, particularly when it comes to Graf, and they have more than one guy that knows how to run the Sidas machine, so scheduling isn't as limited.

I just got some Custom Pro's made for me today. I was told that the Custom Pro was a bit stiffer than the Custom, but Custom was covered with a slightly softer more cushiony top layer. So the Custom gives you more comfort and the Custom Pro is more perfomance-oriented.
