Seems like a Modano/ Drury Hybrid.

Do you have the sticker from the stick if it was bought from a retailer - it's usually stuck on the end plug. The name of the pattern might be on there. For instance, I've seen pro stock Synergies with blacked-out name plates in Sakic, Drury, Richards, York etc. The sticker might say RICH-SYN or something like that.
