Pant sizing

Which brand of pants tend to fit wider and shorter? I'm probably a 34-36" and 5'6'. I'm not looking for something tapered, more traditional fit, but not too bulky and long. Any info would help.

Easton's stealth line, in my opinion, has a wide hip, short length fit. I'm not a fan, which is Unfortunate because I purchased a pair of S19's on sale. I've moved to a girdle since then.

I have the CCM crazy strong pants in a medium. I'm 5'8 about 165.. They are shorter and a bit bigger in the legs, but the waist has a snug fit. They are INCREDIBLY well made...be advised, they aren't the lightest pant out there, but they are bullet proof! Falling on your ass will result in laughs not frowns... :)

Why yes, they are among the lightest pants. On the bulkier side, but lightweight.

Is there much of a difference between the fit of the CCM or RBK pants?

You might find that the design of the spine, kidney and hip padding on the CCMs to be snugger and fuller than a Reebok pant. CCM lengths are also shorter size for size.

I'm 5'8 195 and the Bauer supreme one60 or one40 is a good fit. Not too long. I'm a medium. I would also try reebok 7 or 9k. They seem to be shorter length wise and still fit my waist in medium.

Can anyone comment on the new mako pants? Im coming from a pair of 9k's which i like but they have always been a bit big and ive lost a fair amount of weight since buying them. Im wanting to know if the makos are a traditional loose fitting around the legs, or are they mire on the tight/fitted side of things...
