Glove fit question

I got a pair of Easton eq50 gloves for Christmas. Now I have been playing shinny a couple times with them and the fingers are broken in well but it just seems as if the cuff is massive and it's restricting my ability to roll my wrists as I shoot. Is it possible they are to big. I have an average hand size and they are only a 14.

I have yet to see a modern glove that restricts movement in any significant way.

Doesn't the eq50 have an adjustable cuff? You should be able to make the cuff shorter if it interferes with you're elbow pads.

Yes it is adjustable.

My EQ's have plenty of room for wrist movement even at their longest. I however have the same issue with my SE6's, but it's because they are a size too small.

They are adjustable and I have them as low as they can be. I don't wear elbow pads either its just that it makes contact. Maybe I just need to break them in more. I'm coming from mission roller hockey gloves that I've had for 6 years.

Have you tried extending them then? I didn't like mine when they were at their shortest. I keep them long.

I haven't but now that I think about it would make sense. I i feel like when I shorten it the extra cuff just bulks up around my wrist.

I got a chance to screw with the cuff. Even though they feel better at the longest, I still feel like its pretty restrictive. Any help?

How are the gloves restricting you? At what point in the shooting motion are they preventing movement?

It feels like when I'm dragging the puck in the shooting motion. Mainly on the top of the wrist. I tried on a buddies x7.0 glove in a 15 and one70 in 14 and they felt so much better
