Bauer 4 roll pro and nexus 1000 gloves

I really like the fit and feel of these gloves. Got to try the nexus 1000 today. Real nice fit but I don't like the palm. Feels too thick for my liking. I currently have reebok 9000 4 rolls and the palm is thinner and I feel like I get a better feel for my stick.

With the Bauer, does the palm break in or loosen up or just feel that thick always?

In my experience with 4 rolls, it always feels that thick.

you can have the palms changed

The lower end 4-Rolls will have a thinner palm, but lower density foams all over as well.

I've seen a lot of pro stock pairs on ebay with Digital or a thinner Clarino if youre willing to go on that hunt.

I tried out the Nexus 1000 glove at my LHS today... what a huge difference between that and the 4 roll. The palm on the Nexus is much thinner and overall the glove is more comfortable to wear. The glove is still the biggest volume fit in their lineup but I can fit into a 14" (vs 13" with the 4 roll.)
