In the market for new pants. Wanted peoples feedback on Nexus 1000 vs 800 vs. Warrior Franchise. <br /><br />Im coming from projekt girdle but need more padding. I used to have the Franchise and loved them but had a large (came from large Hustler) and didnt know i should have gotten a Medium. Thanks

Having the Franchise's I wish they they had a bit more padding in the hips. Can't comment on the Nexus pants.

I can't comment on the Nexus pants, but I think it is pretty well established that the CCM Crazy Light pants will stay dry better than any other pant to date. IF you are looking for padding, then these pants are abundant in that regard. So, for that amount of $$ (CCM CL=$169=Nexus 100), I can't see going with anything other than the CCM CL pant. But, I am a huge sweater, playing in a humid environment, so if this is not you, then please don't mind me. The only downside I see to the CCM CL is that it is not the longest pant. I am 6'2, and went with XL. The pants go down to the top of my knee, but barely give me much above my belly button. Looks like other pants come up higher in that lower belly region.
