fatwabbit 93 Report post Posted August 19, 2013 Guys, just wanting to clear out some of the gear I doubt I'll be using anytime soon. I've happy with the current gear that I've got, and chances are I wont be using any of the gear that I'll be listing. Prices are not including shipping, as it will depend on what you want (combined will be cheaper). In some cases I'll just toss in stuff for free as well.Jofa 6090 16" shin pads - excellent condition, $80RBK 8K Pro Shin Pads 17" (no liners) - brand new $100Oakley Prostock Visor (no mounting hardware), Straight cut - Good condition, some scratches $30Mission L7 Boots size 8.5EE - used but still very stiff, $60Easton S15 Skate boots size 8W - used but still very stiff, $60Tour Hummer Chassis and 80mm wheels, - chassis and wheels are in excellent condition $70Jofa 8800 Shoulders Size L - Used, straps are a little stretched but still very usable. $50BauerNexus 1000 Elbow Pads Size L - Brand New $60Sprungs A7 - Used excellent condition - $80Throw me some offers... sjs0433 15 Report post Posted August 19, 2013 Do the mission L7 boots have a composite outsole? Think they'd make a decent inline conversion?Do these fit a regular size 8.5 shoe or a 10? I know the old stuff was more true to your actual shoe size.
fatwabbit 93 Report post Posted August 19, 2013 Composite outsole yes. They will make an excellent inline conversion. I've got the hummers if you are interested in those. They fit like a pair of current Bauer size 8.
althoma1 574 Report post Posted August 20, 2013 Are those the L7 boots that I sent over that we thought were lost or a different pair? If so, did any of the other boxes arrive as well or just that one (I believe that one had the Easton socks and replacement blades as well)?Anyway, in my opinion they fit similar lengthwise to an 8 Bauer...an 8.5 Bauer would be a bit longer than an the 8.5 L7. And if they are the boots that I sent they were only used for about one season (about 12 regular season games and a couple playoff games) of indoor roller hockey by me (don't know if fatwabbit got a chance to use them) and were in very good condition with plenty of life left in them. They can definitely be converted to roller as I had a Sprung chassis on the pair that I had (not sure if these are the same pair, but I can definitely confirm that a chassis can be mounted on L7s). fatwabbit 93 Report post Posted August 20, 2013 Yup, those FINALLY arrived, more than 3 months later with the socks and replacement blades. They are indeed in excellent condition, as I never got to use them myself.
althoma1 574 Report post Posted August 20, 2013 Now that's slow mail service, but I'm glad they finally got there and hopefully someone will be able to put them to use again.
