Replacing the liner for shin guards?

Anyone every done this? Lost the velcro-attached liner for one of my shin guards.

LHS couldn't really say much other than to buy entirely new shins.

Maybe get some material and bring it to a shoe-repair place?

You'll need some foam padding and material to cover it. Make sure the padding is closed cell foam so it doesn't absorb sweat.
