What's the Heel Width on E (Note EE) Skates?

For example, hockeymonkey has some pro stock/smu APX in D, E, and EE width. I'm pretty sure D's come with A heel, and EE's with a B heel (correct me if I'm wrong). But what heel width do E's come with? Thanks.

Every E/EE width skate that I have seen at retail has a B heel.
