Pressure between heel and ball of foot

Hello all,

I recently picked up a pair of Bauer XXXX skates sized 7.5EE. I am coming from Graf G5s sized 7.5D. The pressure is where the heel steps down, and is only bothersome on my right foot. Other than that the skates fit great. I wondering if I should try a different foot bed....something a little thicker.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you have enough depth at the front of the skate, you could try putting the front half of an insole up there to reduce the impact of the sole on your arch.

had to do this with a pair of grafs and it worked great.
