pghdev 1 Report post Posted December 26, 2014 Has anyone ever created a temporary logo using a sticker and stuck it to their jersey? We have a tournament coming up that I'd like to create a logo for and have everyone just stick it on their jerseys as a temporary solution for the tournament that everyone can just take off when they go back to their regular teams (we all have the same color blank jerseys, but I'd like to jazz it up just for the tourney)... I was thinking I could buy sticker paper for my printer and just make them myself, if they'll hold.Any thoughts/ideas?Thanks!

strosedefence34 175 Report post Posted December 27, 2014 i doubt you will find a sticker that won't come off the jersey. If you're looking for a temporary solution find a printer that will print on canvas and maybe just put a few stitches in it to hold it to the jersey. At that point i'm willing to bet the time, effort and cost of printing on canvas would probably come out to be about the same as buying some cheap jerseys for the tournament. pghdev 1 Report post Posted December 28, 2014 Yep. I agree that the cost of that wouldn't really be worth it.. I'm going to get a sticker page and plaster it on my jersey just to test it out during a game.. I'm thinking that if you apply the stick to a completely dry, wrinkle free jersey it *might* last a few games, which is all that we'd need. I'm not hopeful about the results, but I'll give it a shot and let everyone know how it performed. Thanks!

RadioGaGa 162 Report post Posted December 28, 2014 A guy thought it would be funny to put his name on his shins in tape last week. PAT stayed on all game! So, you never know!!
Hosehead 1 Report post Posted December 29, 2014 Depending on how in depth your logo is and what color the jerseys are, you could make a stencil and use washable markers.
Neal 41 Report post Posted December 31, 2014 There is an iron on paper you can get for ink jet printers. I've used it with decent results to make t-shirts and jerseys. You could get some white cotton/polyester blend fabric, print your logo on there and then stitch it to the jersey temporarily. Should be pretty cheap. goudgey 6 Report post Posted January 2, 2015 Stuck a rectangular fabric name patch to the back of my jersey using double sided tape when I played juniors 20 years ago. It lasted for a few seasons and as a matter of fact it's still stuck fast.
