New Skate Profiling

Recommended Posts

I recently picked up some Reebok 20k skates since my 11k are getting pretty beat up. The 11k skates I had changed to Step Steel and had profiled a few months ago after the original steel broke, just curious if I should just put the step steel on the 20k's, or just roll with the new steel that is on them? If go with the new steel, should I get profiled or go with them factory to start? Thanks

I always profile new steel if for no other reason that to make sure they are consistent with each other. That said, go ahead and put the old steel on the new skates. It will remove one variable when trying to get used to the new wheels.
