Is there any difference between the LS2 holders depending on if it's the blue, red, or black leaf design?

No difference. From the original LS yes, but all LS since are basically the same except for the colored stickers. Except of course for the disaster clear-blue LS Power holder.

Supreme at that time had a blue accent, and Vapor had red.
