What's the best place to get pro stock sticks/ sha

Recommended Posts

Which pattern?

Hockey Outlet have a lot of Kovalev, Hull, Robitaille and others pro stock stick.

Go on hockeyoutlet.com and search pro stock. You'll find some pro products they have.

I think 1800faceoff have TPS pro stock one piece for a good price.

Do the same thing for 1800faceoff.com that you've did for HO.(search pro stock)

Also, If you have a specific pattern, pm Buzzlightbeer and Ponty, they might have what your looking for.

If you can get pro stock sticks for cheap, they are a good deal. However, they do break fast. It's not just the curves, most are constructed lighter than the stock sticks. I weighed a stock Sherwood 9950 vs a pro stock 9950, the pro was significantly lighter. Yesterday, I took a pro stock goalie stick and was going to change the curve from left to right (for me to use as a backup stick). I don't think the blade had any wood, just foam covered by fibreglass. That thing curved like a stick of butter!

If you are looking for funky curves, the pro's are a good deal. But better than that, just have your pro-shop recurve a stock stick for you. This way the stick will last more than 1 period.

That might only be an option with wood blades. You cannot curve a comp blade without weakening it to the point that it lasts only a couple of icetimes. Even the holy proshops can't curve comp blades in a better way.

Dave is right.

For the durability, it's not always true. My pro stocks Kovalev are more durable than the retails.
