Wood Blade Laminate

Does this reduce the feel at all?The plastic weave stuff on top of the blade

ALso Does anyone know where I can find wood blades without the lam (just pure wood)

I don't think there are pure wood blades at the retail level. It would just chip too easily and would soak up water like a mofo.

If I take the lam off, will it affect the blades durability? ( Im using it for roller, so no water)

yes it will affect durability. they made the blade with the laminate for a reason. so instead of taking it off, just tape your blade. that way you have a good grip for the puck/ball without sacraficing durability.

The edges will crack and splinter more quickly.
