Compression jock with traditional garter belt (no velcro)

Does anyone know if there are companies that make a compression jock with a traditional garter belt, no velcro. The end clips look like this:

Not in North America. 

I’d look at Europe. Garters are still big there. 

Or, make your own. It isn’t hard - I’m sure you can find a seamstress to stitch that together.

I just use a jock/garter belt combo and a pair of cheap compression shorts.

Still think making your own would be best though, especially if you use a Bauer garter with the molded clip (instead of the standard two-piece ones.  Those things fall off in the wash.)
