Poron in CCM custom order skates?

I know CCM custom orders allow poron as an option for ankle padding and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it? How does it compare vs the donut and donut 2?

Has this always been an option or is it new? Because if it’s new then I doubt people have enough experience to comment.

I have not seen this as an option before so I assume its new, or at least new for our shop to offer as an option.

Bauer Reactor 9000 goal skate had Poron in the ankle padding.  Perhaps that question should be asked to those guys.  I've never put one on.

I was planning on buying a pair of these just for that ankle padding. Ended up just going with VH instead so I never got the chance to actually try a pair on. I think it's a great idea though.
