Warrior Covert QRL Pro Stock Pant vs. Bauer Retail Apx2 Pant fit question

I currently have retail Bauer Apx2 Pants size XL.  They fit me very well.  They are Navy.  I'm currently looking at buying a black Pant or a black shell.  Is the Warrior Pro Stock QRL pant a comparable fit to the Bauer Apx2 pant?  If I'm an XL in the Apx2 would it be expected to be XL in the QRL Pant?

I can tell you that I have a 33" waist @5'9" 165...Med QRL fits me, but I need a Large CCM HP45...not sure how Bauer fits...but...if they fit like CCM...you might need to size down in Warrior.  just trying to give you some data with which to work.
